A personal training session is a focused and intense workout session with a certified PT. Your PT will guide you through a customized workout plan designed to help you achieve your goals. You can expect to work on strength training, cardio and flexibility exercises tailored to your level and needs. With the PTs expertise and support, you will be challenged to push yourself and make progress towards a healthier and stronger body. The session will leave you feeling energized and motivated to continue on your fitness journey.
High intensity workout where we focus on basic movements such as squats, lunges, rotations, pulls and presses.
Every session is designed as a circuit-training which means that you can invest the amount of intensity that best suits you.

A fun, challenging and varying session, focusing on functional strength, core and mobility.
Think of it as a yoga class in terms of mainly using body weight and keeping the movements slow and controlled, but with a few more intensive sequences.
You will always be given different options and variations to the harder movements, to ensure that there is an alternative that fits you.
